Using the advanced Nobel Clinician Implant Studio program, Dr. Sérgio is capable of placing dental implants in locations where many dentists cannot, due to his detailed view of the patient's remaining bone structure.
In many cases, we are able to perform the implant surgery and place the prosthesis the following day. When necessary, we use grafts to complement the bone structure where the tooth was removed (alveolar preservation), avoiding more invasive procedures such as sinus lifting or guided bone regeneration in the posterior mandible, which can take 4 to 6 months to prepare for implant placement.
With our approach, we often operate and the patient receives a provisional prosthesis with an immediate cast bar the next day, providing a faster and more effective treatment.
